As I approach (I said – approach) middle age - one starts to look at life in a more refined way. In your twenties and thirties the focus often is more about quantity. In your forties however, the focus switches in a big way to the quality moments of life. So, as well as getting to know a little more about my passion through my website, I will also highlight in my AM blog/vlog, my talented friends and family. Topics will include: tips and tricks in the kitchen, in the gym and the workbench to behind the scenes on many topics that I hope you find inspiring and interesting.
